I regularly attended Stef’s prenatal classes through my second and third trimester; listening to my ails, she taught me poses and sequences that truly helped alleviate and even eliminate pubic symphysis dysfunction and lower back pain.


The restorative poses we practiced were such gifts of relaxation in body and mind, especially with the help of well placed rice sacks (oh divine!), that I looked forward to treating my hardworking baby making body each week.
