Relax & Unwind
Restorative Yoga Therapy is probably my favorite way to unwind. By holding poses a longer tim while being supported by props such as pillows, blankets, chairs, straps, etc. our body feels safe. We can simply melt into the pose and relax from the inside out.
With a regular restorative practice you'll discover all the different layers of relaxation and bliss from within. Your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) will get activated and ideally you'll drop in and out of consciousness, that sweet state just before you fall asleep.
Restorative Yoga Therapy is suitable for all ages and all levels, even if you struggle with injuries.
