When I went through my pregnancy with my daughter Lola 4 years ago my adapted and slow yoga practice was probably the greatest gift I could've given myself.
From pregnancy week 14 onward you can practice prenatal yoga, in general it's fine to have a more dynamic practice in your second trimester and as your beautiful belly will grow and grow you'll need plenty of adjustments and more rest.
