Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga

Having studied Hatha Yoga (2012) and Vinyasa Yoga (2013) has changed my life. Although my personal practice has changed to a very gentle practice I still enjoy teaching regular Hatha or Vinyasa classes.

So, what is the difference between Hatha and Vinyasa you might ask yourself? A Hatha practice is a bit slower, poses can be held for a few breaths and a Vinyasa practice is usually faster (one breath per movement) and in general more of an advanced practice.

Starting with a Hatha practice is in my opinion usually a good way to start yoga if you are an absulute beginner.

In my classes I usually combine all of my teaching styles, depending on my clients needs.
